Dicas finais para um storyboard de cursos online eficaz e útil
Bem, para concluir então nosso curso gratuito de storyboard, algumas dicas finais para que seu storyboard seja mais eficaz e útil no processo de desenho instrucional.
1) Não posso deixar de reforçar sobre as convenções. Trabalhe em equipe para uso de símbolos, cores e demais códigos. Isso vai economizar muito trabalho seu lá na frente e tornará o processo muito, mas muito mais ágil. Contudo, não comece com dez mil símbolos. Vá criando aos poucos com a equipe conforme a necessidade surja. E, claro, tenha um lugar documentado. Não definam tudo numa chamada de vídeo e espere que todo mundo lembre para sempre. E pense também em novos membros.
2) O storyboard trabalha para você, e não o contrário. Se seu processo de criação de storyboard está gastando mais tempo do que o seu processo de criação de conteúdo em si, alguma coisa tá errada.
3) Faça uma reflexão final sobre os tipos de conteúdo que você está utilizando. Um dos maiores benefícios do storyboard é, obviamente, tornar o processo visual. Portanto, ter um storyboard pronto, ou em processo de construção, é um ótimo momento para você revisitar seus objetivos educacionais, se você está com conteúdos diversificados, elementos diferentes e tudo mais, para tornar o seu conteúdo mais engajante.
4) Por fim, seja o mais descritivo possível nas suas notas. Lembre-se: um dos grandes objetivos de termos essas notas para os outros atores envolvidos no processo de criação é justamente economizar tempo de reunião e conversas síncronas não-documentadas. Claro, eu já disse isso antes e vou repetir, tudo bem haver essas conversas. O storyboard não vai eliminá-las por completo. Contudo, se toda nota sua gera dúvidas e trabalho posterior de comunicação, talvez você queira trabalhar mais na especificidade e clareza delas, certo?
